How to Apply to Study in Our College |

1. Please fill carefully and clearly the Application
Form for Study in the College of Applied Arts and Sciences of Beijing
Union University,
which can be downloaded from our website. And the application can
be submitted online.
2. Upon receiving your application, the Overseas Student Office will
fulfill the Visa Application for Overseas
Students to China (JW202 Form) and the Offer
Notice for you and send them to you according to the address
stated in your Application Form for Study in the CASBUU. The whole
process will take about two weeks.
3. After receiving the JW202 Form and the Offer Notice, please go
to the local Chinese Embassy and apply for the Visa for Overseas Students
(X Visa).
4. For short-term-study (shorter than 2 months), the JW202 Form is
not required. The school will send you the Offer Notice in a week
and you can apply for a Tourist Visa (L Visa).
5. Students who are under 18 who want to study in our college must submit the Guardian
Entrust Deed, which must be notarized in the local China
embassy. The notarization and application form must be handed over
to the Overseas Student Office in order to handle the
JW202 procedures etc.
