On March the 12^th, the officers and Mr. Xiaoming Wang, the director of law department went to the Beijing Capital airport to welcome Dr. Sergey S. Stepanov and his assistant. Their goal was to sign a contract and establish the official cooperation relationship.

 Under the international office director, Ms. Yan Li’s host, both sides carried out the cooperation signing ceremony. The Party secretary Ms. Shumin Guo and the president Mr. Fanmin Kong attended the ceremony. Professor Mr. Longhun Liu, from the economic law research institute and professor Mr. Yuanlong Hong, professor Mr. Xiaoming Wang from the law department also attended the ceremony. Before the ceremony our college’s leaders talked warmly about the cooperation ith Mr. Stepanov. Mr. Kong pointed out:” the cooperation should start with comparatively easy aspects like teacher exchange, students exchange, visiting scholars, etc.” what’s more, the president praised highly about the doctor’s academic achievement and suggested he establish relationships about many aspects with the law department.

   After the light and friendly communication, the president and the doctor signed on the contract, and in the big applause, both sides shook their hands together, representing the start of  the official cooperation of both sides.
