On April 10th, the president Paul J. Le Blanc of Southern New Hampshire University of the U. S. and other 5 officials visited our university. The college’s president Mr. Fanmin Kong, the Party Secretary Ms. Shumin Guo, director of the International office Ms. Yan Li, director of the English department Dr. Zongying Huang, director of finance department Mr. Hongyu Fu, and director of the technical application ability training base, Ms. Jianhua Sun.

Both sides discussed about the teacher exchange programs and Mr. Paul J. Blanc said he would give a 3-month visiting scholar chance and our college would launch this program in the September. Then, both sides discussed about the students program and Mr. Paul J. Le Blanc extended his warm welcome to our students to SNHU for the EMBA program with a scholarship of 1000 US dollars.

EMBA would be carried out in several ways: you can choose neither to study in the US for the first year and to half study and half work in China for the second year, nor to study with the distant education system in China for 2 years. The SNHU would also provide the opportunities to work in foreign companies and could obtain the master degree if meeting all the requirements. This new way of teaching provided a very convenient way for students studying for a master degree. Both sides agreed on all the issues above and signed the memorandum of understanding.

After the ceremony the SNHU delegation visited the training base of our college guided by Ms. Sun, and showed the SNHU on-line courses. This deepened the cooperation between two schools.
